Border Collies sentenced to life in the pen

Two incorrigible border collies using the names of Chopper and Buddy were recently sent to a newly remolded pen. They were convicted of the most terrible of crimes.

The wily and slippery twosome were accused of raiding garbage cans and digging large holes.
They were also seen stealing a neibors ball and an assortment stuffed animals. The collies skipped out on their herding job and were arrested. When they were found sleeping with a gang of ruffian goats in the vegetable garden.

They dug their way out of the enclosure by the following morning and were found terrorizing Bambie a half mile from their home. Bambie has moved to an undisclosed location to recuperate from the attack and was unavailable for comment

Chopper the ring leader was convicted of inciting doggie crimes and dragging others into the gang by taking them on crime sprees lasting sometimes as long as two days.
There was no choice but to construct a new kennel. The pen was completed after great expense and weeks of hard labor by warden Walsh

These two slippery individuals will be a test case for the new pen. It’s constructed of 6 foot heavy gauge hog wire and sunk one foot deep. This had to be done to keep the two inmates from tunneling out and escaping again. The innocent looking collies watched warden Walsh work, not knowing their fate
